Email Piping - Error on tickets

HiSomething strange is happening since we upgraded to 1.8.1.When an email is sent to our piped email, the ticket appears with an error:Fatal error: Call to a member function getPhoneNumber() on a non-object in /***/tickets/include/class.ticket.php on line 311I have attached the PHP file and a screenshot.System information is below:Server Information

Same problem here since the 1.8.1 upgrade and using e-mail piping for incomming mail:http://drp.io/bGH

Looks this is fixed in the source code at GitHub:https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/pull/588/filesYou can patch this file yourself and it will work again.

This has been covered on the forums several times. Here is the fix.edit include/class.ticket.php

line 2287 reads: .' ,user_id='.db_input($user->id)

change it to: .' ,user_id='.db_input($user->getId())
