We have recently upgraded to v1.8.1 in our local infrastructure. While most techs love the new features, we have one annoyance that we would like to resolve.All of our users open a ticket by sending an email (support@company.com) in which osTicket then scrapes using IMAP and creates a ticket. Every time this happens, the email bucket (again, support@company.com) gets added as a collaborator.Is there any way to prevent this?
