Hi, I am having an issue (upgraded to newest version plus did it on older) where when a client emails the support email, ost is auto creating a ticket number (which is good) when a CS person responds via ost the client gets the email (which is good) but on some email programs when the client responds to that, its generating a new ticket. it seems to be doing it in emclient and mac mail. Does anyone else have this problem, or know how to fix it?
