CRON issue Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC in /home/thedust2/public_html/help/include

when my cron runs i get the following errorParse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC in /home/thedust2/public_html/help/include/class.plugin.php on line 110also i am running PHP 5.4.25my cron is/usr/local/bin/php /home/thedust2/public_html/help/api/cron.php

I have and I don't think it applies to this I am using php 5.4 my phpinfo and the info from within osticket state the same

This error has been reported many times and 100% of those times the version of PHP has been the culprit. While your web server is reporting 5.4. If you have more than one version of PHP installed that does not mean that your CLI is running 5.4. You can test this by dropping to command line and typing:php -v

Thank you! Now I totally understand I know some programming and was a little lost :( thanks again it was caused by the cli was 5.2
