New Internal Note, don't sent email alerts to anyone

created new discussion regarding internal note alert, tested with different hosting cpanel account, - 1 fresh install 1.8.1 and - 1 upgrade from 1.8.0.3process to create:- create new ticket user via email - 1 staff reply- second staff post internal note- set department manager->still not get email new internal note notifications.* already change auto respond email

Auto Response Email: to same email address choosed testing@...

* but still no one gets alert regarding internal notesettings:- already checked in admin panel -> alerts & notices- and uncheck options for department.osTicket Version

Partially Confirmed I think.Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Notices -> New Internal Note AlertStatus: enabled Last Respondent Assigned Staff Department Manager (spammy)Only resulted in one email which was sent to Department Manager.I have referred this thread to the devs to have them take a look.

Have check again,

Found that ticket need to have assigned or post reply by staff first,

Apparently Internal message can only be used to communicate only for answered ticket. (post reply by staff)
