created new discussion regarding internal note alert, tested with different hosting cpanel account, - 1 fresh install 1.8.1 and - 1 upgrade from 1.8.0.3process to create:- create new ticket user via email - 1 staff reply- second staff post internal note- set department manager->still not get email new internal note notifications.* already change auto respond email
