Peter, you were right - this was not turned on - I have turned it on and the same thing happens - the file (a .jpg) is stored in the database.,Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > "Store Attachments"Changed to "FileSystem"ntozier: I looked at your link but there is not much helpfulness there. The ticket system works really well, I am using the email redirection to fling emails into osTicket directly. These emails have attachments (I am not uploading them via teh web form) I get the email, I get the attachment in the right place and can view it. It just gets stored in the DB still, not the file folder as expected (now that I have it configured correctly)What should I do to help debug this?I am running 1.8.1 on PHP 5.3 with MySql 5+database, I am running suPHP mode, I have plenty of disk and memory - I suspect a small bug in the plugin architecture, which might be addressed by the new Amazon S3 code (design/bug fixes) but who knows!I would like to know if anyone actually has this working..Thanks,Pete
