Is it possible to use the LDAP plugin in osTicket 1.8.1 to open and view tickets? Or is it just for the admin panel?
The ldap-auth plugin is for staff logins to the scp. It is not for clients (users) to login to the client side, although I expect that it will be later like in 1.9 when user accounts are more fully implemented.
