Problems in OSticket 1.8.1 after update

Hello,I didn't want to hi-jack another thread so I am making a new one:Two problems after upgrade: 1): this one seems to be for almost everyone: Fatal error: Call to a member function getPhoneNumber() on a non-object in ...If I comment out the affected line, the error goes away, but the user and email adress are not filled in, so I am unable to reply.2): When I try to edit a ticket i get:Call to a member function getName() on a non-object in /home/ticket/include/staff/ticket-edit.inc.php on line 36So I can't set the email address manualy.Sadly, I didn't take a backup before the upgrade, so i hope this get fixed really soon.

Issue #1 that you report has been reported before here: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues/526Issue #2 I have not been able to reproduce. It works fine in my installation. on issue one here is the fix.edit include/class.ticket.php

line 2287 reads: .' ,user_id='.db_input($user->id)

change it to: .' ,user_id='.db_input($user->getId())

yes, confirmed fix.The second problem was related to the first one, so fixed also.
