fatal error on generating new ticket

Sometimes, on new ticket just generated, I've this error when view the ticket:Fatal error: Call to a member function getPhoneNumber() on a non-object in /home/centoasa/public_html/ticket/include/class.ticket.php on line 311

I have the same error.Temp fix, comment out line 311 in class.ticket.php.At least then you're able to see the ticket. I've got a similar error when I try to edit a ticket.Fatal error: Call to a member function getName() on a non-object in /home/ticket/include/staff/ticket-edit.inc.php on line 36

Comment out the 311 line, I can see the ticket, but the sender name/email is blankhttp://take.ms/HvRLh

Yeah, when I removed the commentout, sender name and email are still blank!OSticket Seriously borked right now.

I have not encountered this on my installations (yet), and I see that you already reported this on github (and that it had been reported prior). So I decided to do some more troubleshooting on this locally... and here's my experience.v1.8.1STI've setup a new account tickets@domain.orgI've setup osT to poll on autocron (temporary just for testing)I sent an email to tickets@domain.org.Logging in via webmail shows the email there.Autocron triggers and I see a new open ticket in the web interface of osT.I click on it and see the dreaded error by phone:Fatal error: Call to a member function getPhoneNumber() on a non-object in J:\Inetpub\wwwroot\support\include\class.ticket.php on line 311and I get this error in my osT error log.Mailer ErrorUnable to email via SMTP Failed to add recipient: @[deleted] Log Date: Thu, Feb 20 2014 3 IP Address: 123.456.789.10Okay so I've switched back to using PHP Mail. IThe email is still sitting in the web interface although it is now marked as read. (which I find odd since "Delete fetched emails" is checked.)The email was sent from my gmail account (personal) which I have used to open tickets in the past. So there is already a user setup for that email.I'm going to send an identical email from my yahoo account (which i never use).This results in a ticket being opened properly. Well mostly. The image that I had in the email didn't get imported correctly. It displays an osTicket image. And when I click "Show images" I see a broken image. But that's another problem. note: embedded images from yahoo apparently don't work right, but embedded images from gmail work just fine.I then replied to the new ticket announcement that I got in my inbox for being staff. And it posted my reply as an internal post. This appears to be working correctly.So now that I have confirmed that new tickets will open if someone hasn't opened a ticket previously. So... I've sent a second email from the same email address and BOOM. Same error.My conclusion is that there is something going wrong in the process that looks up client information from the incoming email address -or- something is going wrong when it tries to save that information to the new ticket.It's probably important to note that I've been monitoring the email box via webmail and when the import of the message failed like that it apparently stops processing the emails. However a few minutes later when it checks again, it deletes the email that it error on and keeps trucking onto the next email.

strange is, setup using hosting server, using 1.8.1 with fresh install, create new ticket don't have this problem?when copy mysql data to current db, error show up again??
