1.8.1: Clicking on Collaborators in Chrome does not open, but opens ok in IE

I've tested in Chrome 32.0.1700.107 m, Firefox 27.0.1, and IE 11.0.9600.16518 and it works in all of them for me.

I have a test account where I pre-test the upgrade and this is where the Collaborators in Chrome does not open.However I upgraded the production version and the Collaborators in Chrome opens - but still not in the test account. Apart from older tickets, everything else should be the same.

I'm not sure what to tell you. Unless there is an error in the logs or you want to take the time to go through every settings between the two users cross installation I don't think that we would be able to troubleshoot this much further. :)

Just as helpful information: I had the exact same problem after upgrading to 1.8.1.1. Collaborators worked on my test-setup but unfortunately not on my production. Something as simple as closing Chrome (all instances) and restarting the browser solved the problem :)
