Hi,I updatet from 1.8.02 to 1.8.1.I worked fine. all the templates and all useres, groups.. are still there. But all the tickets are gone. had anyone else that issue?
@[deleted] - I don't think the tickets are lost. Try dropping ost_ticket__cdata table(it's a temp. table) and let us know the results.
- I installed it a second time, and now, it works. Tickets are still here. (close)
