Email Fetching

I am trying to configure our OSticket to grab emails and create tickets from them. I am not to the point of setting up cron yet and am just trying to test the functionality of the system by using the auto-cron setting. However, the system is not fetching any emails even with auto-cron enabled. Admin panel -> Emails -> Click on your email.post your settings (or screen shot of them)You may of course sanitize your server and user name out of the image. While your are it Whats your settings in Admin panel -> Settings -> Emails?
