Hi i am using osticket 1.8.0.2 and i want to use international phone numbers example : 0031475456543, but every time the 0 will be removed.Does anybody have a solution for this ?
There is really no way to do this properly at this time. But you can go to Admin panel -> Manage -> Contact Information -> Phone Number, change Type from Phone Number to Short Answer.
