Im using new v1.8.01. Just installed, can not mass delete/overdue/close ticketes. Get this error
Unknown or unsupported action - get technical help
I have tried several PC and browsers. I have sought help everywhere on the web, can not find a solution.
i use admin-user. I have tried delete one by one by opening the ticket, nothing happens.
1.8.0.2 is current please upgrade. Please ensure that your user has Delete permissions at: Admin panel -> Staff -> Groups -> your accoutns group -> Can Delete TicketsYou have not really provided us with enough information to actually be abel to assist you. I have writen that i use admin-user. I have only one user, and have tried make new group, and users group without success. I tried now make new user with new group, now i cant even delete either the new user og group. Get same error "get technical help".
The problem is solved! Updated to 1.8.0.2
