I was trying to undestand OsTicket to see if it can be made multi company, and what I was thinking is that only me would have admin access, so my clients would only have access to answer their own tickets and I would setup each of my clients as a Department.The problem is that I cannot see how to get the Departments isolated. It seens that they can still see each other in some places, like "Assign To" menus and "Staff Directory". To get OsTicket really multi company it would be needed isolation, so each of my clients don't see each other and don't see each other tickets as well.It is somehow possible to archive what I want or the only solution will be to have a separete DB for each client?Thanks
