footer.inc error

Hello everyone,I installed osticket without any error messages appear. However, on every page I go to, I see the following error message at the bottom of the page.Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required 'common_footer.inc' (include_path='./:/support/include/:/support/include/pear/') in Unknown on line 0I tried re-installing osticket, but that did not help. I am using the latest version of osticket. People are still able to send tickets to me. What version of osTicket are you running? Please ensure that /include/client/footer.inc.php actually exists.Have you modified your installation? I ask because common_footer.inc is not an osTicket file, and I cannot find any reference to that anywhere in the current version (1.8.0.2).You haven't really given us enough information to actually help you.

I installed version 1.8.0.2. I have not modified the osTicket installation.My hosting service is through Yahoo. The version of PHP on Yahoo is 5.3.6 and the version of mysql is 5.1.55. I'm not sure how to access log files in the Yahoo interface.

The staff side doesn't display the fields if there is no data in them. Are you looking at a ticket that has those fields populated?

I believe the problem is fixed. Not sure what happened, but I did not see the errors this morning. Thanks for helping out.
