Inline Images - how to display?

I am receiving support tickets with embedded images. E.g. when a user composes an email from their Apple Mail software and drops an image into the email body. These images are not rendering in the osTicket issue, but rather are replaced by the text (or some other number).

I just upgraded to 1.8.0.2 from 1.7.3. I am using Chrome and Firefox with the same results. Sorry for not providing those details.The is a text token replacement on the issue screen, in the body text field.

Do you have the "Enable HTML Ticket Thread" enabled in the Admin Panel -> Settings -> Tickets page?

Hi, I have the same problem but with Lotus Notes. Inline images are not displayed. All settings are ok (Enable HTML Ticket Thread too)

Lotus Notes send to Gmail, OsTicket fetch from Gmail. Inline images doesn't appear on OsTicket. If I send directly FROM Gmail to Osticket, inline images are shown correctly.
