Hi, The response-email sent to the customer when doing a reply in osticket v.1.8 shows %{ticket.subject} in the body, in plain text. I am now so confused from trying to find where the email body is built, so i will have to ask you guys! =) I propably just edited som files wrong when trying to modify osticket for our needs.In other words, how do i get rid of %{ticket.subject} from every email sent from osticket? The template Response/Reply Template only contains the following at the moment:%{response}%{signature}Thanks in advance!
