The upgrade to v1.8.0.2 just completed. My canned responses aren't working. When replying to customers, I use the canned responses a lot, but now when I use the drop-down menu to select one, the text does not appear in the reply area.
Have you tried clearing your cache? (ALT+f5)What broswer are you using? Have you tried using another browser?We use canned responses for at least 90% of our responses on multiple installations.
It's working now. Can't say that I did anything special except wait overnight, then log in this morning.
