Time Stamp on Tickets

Can anyone offer any advice as to what I need to do?We are using the free osTicket and it is hosted on our 1&1 webspace as a sub folder to our main website. When anyone posts a ticket or response to a ticket the time stamp on those posts is set with a -5GMT time rather than 0GMT which it should be.I have changed the setting in the osTicket setup, but it doesn't seem to matter what I set this to as it is always -5GMT.Any help or advice would be very much appriciated.Thanks in advance.Chris

This has been covered on the forums multiple times. Please use search in the future.Check the following:1. your PHP.ini for your set time zone.2. My Preferences -> Time Zone3. Admin panel -> Settings -> Default Time Zone4. Admin panel -> Staff -> each staff -> Staff's Time Zone
