Hello.Since upgrading from 1.7 to 1.8, my ticket filters does not work anymore. osTicket runs on Windows 2008R2 with Apache 2.2.22 (x86), PHP 5.4.15 and MySQL 5.6.11. PHP Extensions gdlib, imap, xml, xml-dom, json, gettext and mbstring are loaded. My Database uses 129 MB, Atttachment store is at 75MB.I am using a cron to fetch mails from my Exchange mailbox: %ProgramFiles(x86)%\php-5.4.15\php.exe runs (ApacheDir)\htdocs/api/cron.php.So long, this works fine. osTicket gets the emails but then it ignores my filter. It puts the emails into the default department and sends a auto response.I am getting day by day a lot emails with debug information that I dont want osTicket to send a response for. So I setup a filter like this:Admin Panel > Manage > Ticket Filter > Filter "without reply"Execution Order (I only have one Filterlist, except the "system ban list"Stop Processing further on match: yesFilter Status: ActiveTarget: Any (I tried all other values here)Rules Matching Criteria: match anyRules: "Email" "Equal" (email #1) ... to ... "Email" "Equal" (email #15)Reject Ticket: NoReply-To E-Mail: NoTicket auto-Response: YesCanned Response: (None)Priority: LowAll other filter values are default.------------There are no error-log information available. Neither php_error nor Apache logfiles does log anything usefull to help me debugging this strange behaviour. I tried every version within the 1.8 branch. 1.8.0.1, 1.8.0.2 and now with 1.8.1-rc1 - all ignores my filter.I welcome any help on this :-)Best regards, Christian
