I am using v1.8.0.2 everything seems to work fine but when I try to open a ticket it just locks up I was unable to see a discussion on my problem. I have tried os ticket in google IE and firefox on different computers same results below is all I get.

How about your webserver error logs?

That's what I checked I checked PHP and Apache nothing there.  Its very odd all I get is whats attached in the screen shot

That white bar in the middle should have a window that contains the fields to pick who you are opening the ticket for.blankIt looks like its not being drawn. Are you using any custom .htaccess or redirects or anything like that?And what happens if you hit ESC?

no there is no redirect its a brand new install just installed it Friday per the install notes. Nothing has been changed out side of the time zone. I did add one ticket from the customer side. When I hit ECS nothing happensthe host is godaddy if that helps I can setup a temp user if you like to look around but everything meet the needs - fetch email .

I looked at them I dont see the fix relates and I tried what the user did with right clicking and opening in new tab or window I even unblocked it in popups still nothing. do you think its a permissions problem ? 

Are they working on the problem or should I downgrade ?
