We are having a problem with the use of custom forms in osticket: we added a custom form containing a string value. We added this form to the appropriate help topic. It is correctly shown when creating a ticket for this topic from the web interface.Our problem is the following : In case the client does not create the ticket in the correct help topic (or if the ticket was created following email polling), the custom form does not appear when we edit the ticket, even though we transferred the ticket to the correct help topic.Is there anything we can do to solve this problem or is this a bug of osticket ?Thanks in advance
