I feel that they are pretty self explanatory.Department Manager is the person that is in charge of or manages the department.Team Lead is the person that is in charge of or leads the team,Primary Department is the staff members first and primary department.

ok but exemple the departement manager privilege is the same as staff memberlet me explain with example :i have 4 department A B C and Dand have a staff for example who can access deprtment B C and D but can't assign ticketnow i want this staff to be manager of department A and can assign tickethow can i manage thissorry for my bad english

hi another exemple to understand mei have 4 department A, B, C, and Di have a staff who can access all department (A,B,C,D)how can i add a multiple profile to this staff fo reaching this ;profile 1 can delete and assign with access to A and Bprofile 2 can't delete and can't assign with access to C and Dthanks in advance

I don't think that you can do that since staff can only have a single group.

it will be nice if you can advise developper for a futur integration (user can have multiple group)Thanks

Staff accounts are moving to a role based security model in 1.8.2 so I think that might cover your suggestion.
