Hi guys,I'd like to use the word/thought of a case rather than Ticket.How/where can I change the settings to reflect that in the system?Need the work Ticket to be changed to Case.Thank you,~SISFI~
You would have to go through practically every file and find every place the word "Ticket" is displayed or used as a visible label and change it to "Case". You would need a working understanding of HTML/PHP to ensure that you didn't break anything while doing so.
