Good time of a day.I've got the same problem that others here: everything is working fine: ticket are created by sending e-mail, but user does not got any notification.Here some settings:AdmPanel: Settings: Emails: Default Outgoing E-mail - None: use PHP mail function (I cannot select anything other here) Autoresponder: All enabled Alert&Notices: All enabled Emails Emails: All default emails (alerts, noreply, support) are created on local Exchage server and on all of them are enabled SMTP settingsIn admPanel - Emails - Diagnostic e-mail are sending to users successfully.So what was the reason to not sending emails (notifications) to users who created tickets?
