Admin.php-Menue doesn't work

I allready installed osticket and opened the "Admin"-Menue. Now i want to configure the Post-Install but the menue-links doesn't work. Instead they're links like: Notice: Undefined index: active in C:\xampp\htdocs\include\staff\header.inc.php on line 48

The notice (is not an error) and is just telling you that the script is trying to access an array index that doesn't exist. You should be able to shut it off by editing the error_reporting directive in your PHP.ini. thanks a lot :) can i just turn off with put the "error_reporting(0);" at the end of the ini?

I just try it^^

did'nt helped.... here's my error_reporting in the "ini" file. It's the correct ini i checked it with phpinfo()
