Hey osTicket community, In my network our users have somewhat of a "landing" page on a internally hosted wordpress blog.  Basically we redirect all users there first for blog postings about news and what not, then they can press the button there at the landing page to take them directly to the "submit" page (/upload)What I would like to do is somehow have a ticket status window / table / chart on the landing page that is tied into the osTIcket Database, at a minimum showing open tickets, but in a perfect world maybe even having a list of open tickets with the summary's showing.  Thanks in advance if anyone has anything like this or know where to point me

Very welcome. :)We actually use it right on the landing page so clients can see the topics of open issues. (mostly so people can see things like INTERNET OUTAGES so people wont make multiple tickets for the same thing)

hi ntozier, tqvm for this mod. I really appreciate it. by the way I got a problem with database connection. But, I already solve it. maybe it cause by mysqli.

Glad that you got things working.  I'm going to close this thread, but please feel free to start a new thread should you have any further questions.
