Hi,I cannot find how to activate the "wysiwyg" editor in the ticketthread in staff view.In the hoste version it is working, bit on my own hosting it is not working. The WYSIWYG Editor for the client ticket-thread is working. does anybody know a solution for that?

I found something: If I remove the "ifhtml"  <class="richtext ifhtml draft"> then it works again. but i do not understand why that happend... I activatet the "RichType" for TicketThread and Email...

I found the reason:I had to add the Line: SecFilterEingine OFFto my htaccess File.becaus without, some files were not accessable.The same thing was the reason why I was not able to uploed more than one attachment in staff view.you can close this thread.
