Hi,I am new to using osTicket and was looking around the attachments part... for some really strange reason attachments are being saved in the db in 1.8 but were being saved in a folder in older versions... so what i want to know is if anyone has successfully managed to make 1.8 save attachments in a folder somehow, if so please share how? I feel by saving them in the db is a serious flaw which will slow down any db eventually in the long run...thanks for the help!
