Thanks, ravecoyote, but immortality has never really interested me. I've decided this is going to be a commercial product so that it can be sustainable.When I created this thread, I was hacking away at v1.9.12.Since that time I switched gears and started from scratch with v1.10-RC.2, in anticipation of the imminent release of v1.10.I am currently seeking beta testers as I've posted here:http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//seeking-beta-testers#latest
