Hi all--My dashboard report in both as admin and staff doesn't seem to be working.  We've received and responded to tickets and shows nothing.  We have also tried to select the right date range in the report.Any suggestions?  We are on:osTicket Versionv1.8.0.2Server SoftwareApachePHP Version5.3.27MySQL Version5.1.67

Please go to Admin panel -> Staff -> Groups -> your accounts group... and ensure that "Can View Staff Stats." is set to yes.

Did that --so now I went back to the dashboard and still doesn't show--or will it only show anything net new vs. historical?

Have you tried clearing your cache? (ALT+F5) and logging out and back in?

Did you ever resolve this?

hey ntozierno we did not, any solution come up?

No but someone else posted a similar thread. I think that its a result of a webserver configuration issue or something.

We haven't looked into it yet, so if they find out the solution (or you do) please let me know

Will do. :)  Out of curiosity what Apache modules do you run?

a month later

Hey ntozier--sorry I missed your message--we are using Apache version2.2.26

I actually asked which Apache modules do you use. :)  (like mod_rewrite, etc)
