Configure the 'New Ticket' Form

Im not sure why I cant find this setting but are the form fields to submit a new ticket configurable?

If not can someone tell me which file I need to edit to customise the form.

OK so if someone cares to just mention if this is configurable or i need to go into the code to do it , that will be fine too.

i presume its not configurable in the backend so if you are looking for this answer you need to edit the open.inc.php file in the client folder.

the only way to edit the form is to edit the php files are you looking to add a field or just change the layout?

Customizable? Sure.

Is it customizable with in the Admin Panel ui? No.

You will have to go down to the system level and edit the source files, and requires that you also edit the MySQL tables. It's rather involved but not particularly difficult if you know html, and php.
