Upgrade v1.70 to v 1.8.0.2

Hi,I have completed the pre-upgrade steps and uploaded the "Upload" folder to my web server.The instructions say "When you access the admin panel, the upgrade wizard will be presented

and will automatically walk you through the database migration process". However, when I access the admin panel, the upgrade wizard is not presented.Any suggestions? Thanks!

HiI have same problem, in my osticket upgrade wizard isn't presentOne doubt, first you "upload" new files to your 1.70 instalation, rewrite actual files with new 1.8.0.2 files? Right?Best regards from SpainCarlos

You should get an upgrade screen on login to SCP.

@[deleted] - Are you sure you uploaded to correct folder - overwriting v1.7 files?

My apologies Peter ... I now see that I had uploaded the "folder", rather than the contents. Oy vey!The upgrade completed successfully!Thanks!

By apache 5.2.17 I'm guessing that you mean PHP 5.2.17 (since the current version of apache is 2.4.7), if so then yes. You need to upgrade to PHP 5.3+ to use osTicket 1.8+
