HiWhen a new user creates a ticket he must to inform the name and email address. My osTicket 1.8.0.2 is saving this information and not allow me to change. Example:Marcos user creates a ticket and receives his ticket like this: 1st ticket Marcos marcos@domain.com Result: A ticket for Marcos with marcos@domain.com emailIf I create a new ticket with another name, but using the email Marcos, osTicket generates the ticket with the name Marcos. Ex 2nd ticket Michael Jackson marcos@domain.com Result: A ticket for Marcos with marcos@domain.com email (no changes)Since the first registration is made, there is no way to change it. Can anyone help me?
