hierarchical forms are possible? how?

Team,

I need some help to configure osTicket.

Let's assume I have a device that is assigned to a user. I've created two forms: User Info and Device Info

I've structured the help topics like

Device/New

Device/Repair

I assigned to Device the User Info form and the Device Info to the Device/Repair

My idea was that in the first case Device/New only the User Info form was shown while in the second case (Device/Repair) BOTH forms User Info and Device Info

while the User Info part is not shown.

Am I doing something wrong? how should it work?

This is not currently a features in osTicket.There is however I believe a mod in the Mods and Customization section of the forums that someone wrote that may let you do this. Unless you have a strong understanding of PHP/HTML though I would not recommend it.
