Hi All,I have noticed when users are placing tickets on my system the %{ticket.number} variable is not taking effect.Can anyone tell me why?
This is not a bug and is currently working as intended. This has been covered on the forums numerous times. Because of the way osTikcet utilizes the ticket # as a password currently it would be a security issue to display it on the page. The system will generate an email to the user with the correct ticket #.
