Special caracters Norwegian language

Hi,

I have followed a lot of threads regarding this problem.

I am translating my front-end to Norwegian language.

In Norwegian we have ÆØÅ, but they won´t show on my page.

ÆØÅ is replaced with square boxes..

Charset of page is ok, but .... make a copy of index.php (for backup) and convert page to utf-8 with some program like notepad++ (from Encoding menu)
