We are trying to get osTicket system to work and are having a problem with custom contact variables. Once we added new variable to contact informations and put variable as required, things start to go bad. Clients can't add new tickets if they are logged in since new variable is required, but it does not appear on information panel when client is logged in.We need to add couple more required fields to contacs to filter them more efficiently and are now unable to do that. Any help?
