Mail messages are truncated

I have an osTicket running which loads tickets via email through IMAP. Some of the mails are truncated. I have the suspicion that it has something to do with special german (äöüß) characters in the emails. Most are cut after the first appearance of this char.

Any ideas?

You are correct that it has to do with special characters. They solution has been posted in other threads on the forums. Please use search to find it.
