osticket not fetching emails

I had a 1.7 osticket before and recently i added another 1.8.0 in a separated folder and with different DB name. after that i upgraded my older one from 1.7 to 1.8.0.2everything is working great but since i upgraded the second one to 1.8.0.2 it's not fetching emails.the second one that i have is working and fetching emails also.i thought maybe when i installed the second osticket system, it overwritten the other osticket cron job for fetching emails!if so, where can i find each osticket fetching crons to check ?

You haven't provided us with the information that we would need to actually assist you easily. crons aren't stored in osTicket. Where they are stored though is dependent on the OS your running and how you set it up in the first place.If your running Windows you would be using Task Scheduler. If your running Linux generally they are stored in the crontab. You can edit this at CLI level by typing "crontab -e". You can read this pretty well written Ubuntu article to learn more about it: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/CronHowtoIf you are using a third part web based cron utility or CPanel the cron job would be stored there.

Ok, I have found the issue for me anyway. On 1&1 when we went into SSH and ran the job manually we found it was using PHP4 to run the job rather than 5.4 which the web space was using.Changing the /usr/bin/php to /usr/bin/php5.4 seems to have fixed the problem. or at least it will run on the command line without errors.
