Hello Guys
I apologize for my english first^^...it's not very good. But i hope you understand my problem. I started to setup the Ost-Ticket system. The systems-folder is in the htdocs-directory of my "xampp"-System (C:\xampp\htdocs)..but the Setup didn't start, because of this Warning:
"require_once(../include/mmysql.php) to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\setup.inc.php on line 27
Fatal error: require_once() opening required'../include/mysql.php'(include_path=",;C:\xampp\php\PEAR0) in
C:\xampp\htdocy\setup.inc.php on line 27"
Now i heard, you have to change this file "ost-config.php"...but i can't find it^^ really i searched in every folder of the newest version from osticket...and every tutorial says, you have to change this file! I downloaded it a few times, but i couldn't find this file.
So what i have to do know?
