What are my options for using one ticket system login and database on two sites? I set up osTicket 2 years ago on our web site. Now we are building a new website with a new name and logo, offering different products.
We would like one login for operators and use different departments for the different companies.
I tried to set this up using an include page to include the form in the new web site but the original logo and URL is showing up on different screens.
How can I go about isolating these two ticket systems (for customers) without having two logins for operators.
