Hey Guys,at the moment we are using osticket v1.8.0.1 and we want to upgrade to version v1.8.0.2 but we dont know what steps we need to do ?I've downloaded the newest version and extract them. But what kind of Files i've to upload on the server ?? I'dont want to lose any settings etc.Thanks all !Regards,
