I have just upgraded from 1.6 to v1.8.0.2I have several departments, my users are set as Admin (we only have two), both were assigned to the Support Department. However unlike in 1.6 they could not see tickets for other Departments.An experiment I set the department for the users to Enquires and then I seem to be able to see all the outstanding tickets. Does any one know what I need to do to fix this?
