Setup Fetching Email

Hello AllGot this error when tried to setup Fetching email "IMAP doesn't exist. PHP must be compiled with IMAP enabled." Any Help ?

This has been covered many times on the forums in the past. It is not a problem with osTicket. Hello Ntozier and thank you for your responseIn one of your post , you said "You should also make sure that the php_imap.dll extension is in your extension folder, if its not you will need to get a copy that corresponds to your installation version from PHP.net. You will have to restart your web server software after this change."but i cant locate the Extension folder, where is it suppose to be ?thank you

The location of the extension folder is different based on the OS your using, but fear not it is specified in your php.ini. Look for the "extension_dir" directive.
