Go to: Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Staff Identity Masking
Then uncheck "Hide staff's name on responses."
Hi ntozier,I tried that, but this seem to affect only the web interface... The part I want to show the staff name is in the reply that goes to the customers by email... Ive made a custom html template... all work exept it doesn't seem to have a variable that contain the name of the staff that is replying.thanks
