HI,Osticket 1.8 on iis7Have an issue where a user replies to a ticket, say ticket x but the response ends up under ticket y.Ticket x will be with user x@hotmail.com and ticket y will be help@gmail.comThe response email comes from the same email as the original and is above the response line so it should fall correctly under ticket X.Any logs that would help trouble shooting this.
Please upgrade to 1.8.0.1.
Hope that works, Had another 3 happen today.Upgrade done
I have had this in 1.8.0.1 also....causing us a real issue at times, and cant see any reason for it.Have deleted the 2 tickets that were hijacking the emails to see if it fixes the problem
unfortunately I can't delete the tickets as they are still active.I have checked the source emails and they have no relation to each other. This and the fact that you can't merge tickets is my only gripe with an otherwise great system.
This shouldn't be happening at all.... how are the emails fetched? Please PM me with email headers for both tickets (headers are stored in ticket_email_info table.)
Emails fetched via imap. Will checkout the ticket info table and post later
PeterPM'd you the headers
Now have three different customers on one ticket. Will upgrade to .0.2 today and hope for an improvement
Upgrade done will monitor and update if it happens again
@[deleted] - Thanks for the headers! It looks like you had some collision issues with message IDs (we use references IDS in email header to thread conversations). We're investigating the issue further - please keep me posted.
Hi.Now have an issue where the full message is not showing in osticket. It is only showing half the messageexample customer sent email with 4 number points above the respond lineosticket only showing points 1 and 2.

I believe I'm having this issues as well. I can't reliably replicate it.
