I installed osticket by using xampp, I can get it to run without an internet connection, the admin and staff panels can receive tickets and all but I can't see where the reply goes to, unless you check the ticket status. I of course, can't check that without knowing my ticket ID, the email address that I put for the new tickets aren't receiving any emails or replies from the admin or staff panels... I apologize if this was asked before or if this is a stupid question. Please help.
