Email Notification

No mail Notification is given even after Notification is turn on to receive.We have tried many ways but Notification is not sent out any time new ticket is opened or responded to. Please work on this or provide what else need to be done in the regards.

Please check:Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Noticesstatus should be set to Enable.Check the ones you want to recieve the alerts.Also check and make sure that you haven't disabled them at the department level.Admin panel -> Staff -> Departmentnote the check boxes under "Auto Response Settings"

Hello,I already done this but still dont work and I am using PHP Mail , smtp is never working for me so i am trying Php Mail

Please check:

Admin panel -> Settings -> Alerts & Notices

status should be set to Enable.

Check the ones you want to recieve the alerts.

Also check and make sure that you haven't disabled them at the department level.

Admin panel -> Staff -> Department

note the check boxes under "Auto Response Settings"
